The living room has a sofa with two matching arm chairs, 27-inch color TV with cable, DVD, VCR, stereo, CD, phone, games and puzzles, and a lenders library. The second balcony is off this room. Also in this area is a dining room table, which seats four adults. | |
| The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, 4-burner electric stove top, toaster, toaster oven, refrigerator, blender, electric indoor/outdoor grill, electric coffee pot, washing machine, and lots of the utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. The cupboards contain frequently used spices. You are welcome to any dry goods in the kitchen. |

Other miscellaneous items include two boogie boards, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, a beach umbrella, and two portable beach lounge chairs. The balconies also have tables and chairs. | |
