One half of the total amount is due at the time of reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. If the balance is not received by that date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation. Money is refundable only if the property is re-rented, minus 10% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after payment of balance, 50% is usable towards a future reservation.
